Shipping policy

It takes us around 1-2 day to dispatch the order from our warehouse. 

Once an order is dispatched, we will send you tracking details along with instructions on how to track your package via email.

We send our packages by well-reputed services only. Our courier partners are: Amazon Shipping, Ekart, Xpressbees, DTDC. 

The delivery timeline will be as follows:

Delhi NCR - 2 to 4 days

North East India and J&K - 6 to 9 days

Rest of India - 3 to 8 days

Sometimes a package might get stuck in transit and might not reach you in time. We are not responsible for any delay caused in delivery by the shipping partner. Rest assured we will refund the amount if the package could not be delivered to you because of any logistics related issue faced by delivery partner. Please note that during Festive Seasons, the deliveries might get delayed.

On the day of delivery, you will be contacted by our delivery partner at the number you provide to us.

In case the delivery partner couldn't contact you during time of delivery, a delivery reattempt would be made the very next day. The package would be returned back to us if you are not available for collecting delivery for 2 consecutive days. In such cases, you will be issued a partial refund subject to a cancellation fees. The cancellation fees is fixed at 30% of the order value.
